    Hi,
I'm at 12°level but I haven't again clear why for some periods my
character walk and run very slowly!
It don't depends for the weight of objects that I have (undo the
    limit)
I thing that also not depend on some addiction by Med-X or similar
    ..so?
How can I resolve this boring thing?
    Thanks a lot,
    Riccardo

    Ciao a tutti,
    Grazie,
    Riccardo

CapsLock or Maiusc active, or not, the Run mode.

I think that only affects you if it lowers your strength enough that you
are suddenly over burdened. I have gotten over 600 rads, for one of the quests, and moved fine as long as I reduced my load enough to counter
    the loss in strength.

One of your legs being crippled will also make you move slow.
