  • [F3] Where is the first Keller family holotape?

    I've gone in search of the holotapes of the Keller family. In the
    Fallout Wiki, it says "The 1st Keller Family Transcript is to the
    north of the Power Station."

    Do they mean inside the fence, outside the fence, or perhaps in the
    northern part of the room inside the building itself? Is it on the
    ground, or on something else? I can't see it in any of those
    locations. It's the reason I've gone to that power station, just to
    look for it.

    I don't really need it, since it doesn't have a number, but I don't
    feel complete without it. If it's there I should be able to find it.
