I do not know how, but as well as the dog, i have not one, but TWO
followers, CHARON, and JERICHO, do not ask me how i accomplished this,
but i was curious if anyone else has been able(and LUCKY-lol lol) to
obtain this bonus, as i am sure you know, not only do i have a TON of firepower, but i can sure carry a lot more discovered items as well. I
know by now, FALLOUT3 may be old news, but i have only had ONLINE for
2 months(and i am 34-lol) but i believe i have found and discovered
EVERY weapon,armor,item,ect. in the game, as well as the location of
all skill books, ect. and that was BEFORE i even knew they had things
like 'ask and answer' sites and/or groups, so if there is anyone who
would ever wish to chat about fallout3, or maybe you know a lot MORE
than i do(as i am beyond sure there are thousands) by all means send
me a mail. There is one weapon i could NEVER find, in the OVER 400+
hours i have played fallout3, and that is the ALIEN BLASTER(not the
one that vaporizes the enemies, the one that apparently sets them on
fire.) and i have also heard SO many times, how people think the T51-b
POWER ARMOR is the greatest armor there is, and while i agree at
first, it is the most effective. But unlike the TESLA ARMOR, which i
not only LOVE but always wear, you cannot use any other BROTHERHOOD
armor to repair the T51-b to it's max. damage resistance level. Using
the TESLA, combined with the TOUGHNESS, CYBORG, BARKSKIN, and the
SURVIVOR GURU PERKS, answering moira's questions with the 'tough'
response, my 'damage resistance' is 81. Even with my REPAIR skill at
100, there is no way i can repair the T51-b armor to it's max.
condition once it has been damaged beyond a certain point, which
sucks, as i really really LOVE the 'look' of the armor. If anyone
knows of a way around this, i would always be grateful for your help,
and maybe i know something you may not know. either way, i loved and
STILL love fallout3, and i hope they will be making a FALLOUT4
sometime in the future. Later guys and/or girls.

I loved the T51-b armor too!

Lookout for Fallout: New Vegas to be released later in the year.
Thats the next game in the series.

There are also a bunch of DLCs available for Fallout 3 - I only played Point Lookout and Broken Steel on the PC version, but they were very good
additions!
