Shoot Them in the Head Quest

I completed the quest kept all the keys, unlocked everything. Fast travel
to Underworld and gave the keys to Crowley, as I avoid killing the owners
of the keys I did not get much caps.

Fast travel again to the fort and I picked up the T-51B Armor. I did not bother about Crowley and kept on gaming. Much, much later in the game, I
found Crowley in my Megaton house. He has been there smoking in the corner near the work bench for about 5 game days. Does not say much except
thanking me for the keys and say that he knows what to do with them. The
robot butler even asked him If he "could do anythng for yous sir", Charon
    does not react at all.

Weird behaviour. Anyone has seen something like that.

    Chafou

He appeared somewhere, very angry, and tried to shoot me after I
picked up the armour. I had to kill him in self-defense. I can't
    remember where, possibly in Megaton.
