  • Where's Dogmeat?

    I finally bothered to find Dogmeat. The fist time I ask him to find
    ammo he ran off and never came back. I didn't get a notice that he
    died so how am I suposed to find him?

    If he didn't come back, he's probably dead. If you want him immortal,
    there's a console hack for it but you have to type it in each time you load the game. There's also a download on Fallout3 Nexus.

    player.moveto 0006a775 entered in the consol will fast travel you to
    Dogmeat, very useful.

    I take it you have never been bitten by one of the many bugs in the
    game? Never got stuck with no way out other than using the console to
    get unstuck or restarting from the last save? If so, you are lucky, but
    most of us aren't. I only use the console to prevent the loss of a lot
    of time not to win the game in 40 minutes and then throw it away.
