    Hey all,

After my goof with purchasing the Xbox add-on and not the PC one, I'm
a little gunshy about fiddling with the three DLC's that I have. I
have The Pitt, Operation: Anchorage and Broken Steel. They're all
listed under Downloads, but I don't know if any further action is
required on my part? Will the first two be automatically added to my
    current game?

Also, I have 100 points remaining, is there anything I can use them
    for that's Fallout 3-related?

If the first two are installed correctly you should be notified that
there are new radio signals detected. Listening to them should start
the quest and provide the marker on your Pip Boy.
