    Try Youtube. Most of the Contaxs are featured there. Will give you an overview. A fairly cheap but quality alternative is the 139Quartz...great camera, almost fully manual if you want it to be, and very reliable without the built-in power wind. I have it and the RX, and I find myself taking out the 139 more frequently...light, smaller and simple. Good luck. You can do it on a grad student budget with a part time job. Hah. BEst.
